Our Mission: At Western Horizon Hospice, we aim to bring compassionate care and comfort to patients with terminal illnesses. We strive to enrich the remaining days of our patients’ lives and alleviate some of the burden of end-of-life care from their loved ones so they are able to focus on life’s most important moments.

Our Vision: With our compassionate and holistic approach to hospice care, Western Horizon Hospice, Inc. will be recognized as innovators in the hospice profession. Through competent leadership, we hope to meet the unique needs of our community and deliver effective nursing, spiritual, psychosocial, and bereavement services.
 
Our Goal:  Our goal is that the knowledge and compassion of our staff will broaden our patient community and promote corporate growth and stability.
